Data You Give Us Directly
The search forms on this site send what you enter, such as a name, phone number, or address, to the third-party search provider that powers those results. We do not store a copy of those searches on our own servers. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond.
Data We Gather Automatically
Like most websites, our hosting systems create standard server logs. Those logs may include IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring page, and timestamps. We use that information in aggregate to keep the site running, spot technical problems, and understand which Burbank records pages are useful. Cookies or similar tools may be used for basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.
What We Do With This Data

This site is not directed to children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor sent personal information to us, contact us and we will delete what we can find.
Your Data Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data a website holds about you. California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and the Delete Act, Civil Code ยง1798.99.80 et seq., creates a DROP process through the California Privacy Protection Agency for deletion requests to active registered data brokers. California residents may submit one DROP deletion request as of January 1, 2026; brokers are required to begin processing those requests on August 1, 2026. Because we hold very little, most requests are limited to searching our contact mailbox and server logs and removing what we find. Use the Contact page to make a request. Public records held by Burbank, Los Angeles County, California agencies, LA Superior Court, or records custodians are outside our control; removal or confidentiality requests for those records must go to the custodian office. California Safe at Home is a separate address-confidentiality program administered by the Secretary of State.
